Job description

Position title : Operations Support, Management Analyst Location : Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD Clearance required : SECRET Scope: Provide operations and management analysis for the RTI Business & Operations Group, including records management, export control, international activities, and process improvement. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Support the organization's Records Management Program, including record inventories and standardized file plans. * Support export control policy development and recommendations on technology exportability. * Support international visits, meetings, and agreements, including drafting and staffing international agreements. * Support onboarding, awards packages, outreach, and SharePoint/records administration. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I). * Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I). * Active Secret clearance. * Demonstrated operations, records, or management-analysis experience in a government environment. * 5 years of protocol experience for senior military/civilian leadership support where applicable. Desired Qualifications: * Experience with DoD records management, export control, or international agreements. * Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG support.
