Management Analyst (Classification)
LOCATION: Washington, DC
POSITION TYPE: Onsite
Summary:
The Management Analyst (Classification) supports the analysis and classification of manpower resources in Washington, DC. This position is responsible for conducting detailed assessments, evaluations, and analysis of manpower and organizational structures to ensure they align with federal classification standards. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience working as a Management Analyst, specializing in manpower. DHS experience is preferred.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience working as a Management Analyst (Manpower).
  • Expertise in manpower analysis, organizational assessments, and workforce planning.
  • Strong knowledge of federal classification and organizational regulations.
  • Ability to develop and recommend strategies for manpower optimization and classification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • DHS experience is a plus.
  • Experience with federal government manpower and classification systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of performance management and organizational effectiveness strategies.

Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $100,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
