You will proactively analyze spend data, content performance, and creator dynamics to identify growth opportunities and provide forward-looking strategic recommendations to leadership.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Production to achieve day-to-day operational excellence through financial process management, performance analysis, vendor coordination, business reviews, and communicating actionable insights, both verbally and in writing, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships

This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational rigor with consultative partnership, translating data into business strategy while building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
Key job responsibilities
1. Owns end-to-end financial operations for the Content Team, including budgeting, spend tracking, month-end close, accruals, and variance analysis.
2. Designs and maintains budgeting frameworks with automated data feeds for real-time visibility into content spend across 1P Host, 3P Creator & Influencer, and FAST channel programs.
3

Documents and implements standardized processes and metrics, including KPI definitions, goal cascades, and content launch playbooks to drive effectiveness at scale.
4. Manages vendor relationships and coordinates billing and payment accuracy with Accounting.
5. Drives cross-functional communication across Amazon Live and Amazon Ads, anticipating bottlenecks, managing escalations, and balancing priorities against resource constraints.
6

Prepares and leads regular operational business reviews covering financial health, content performance, efficiency, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
7. Develops go-to-market operational support for new content initiatives, defining success criteria, milestones, and measurement frameworks.
8. Serves as the primary operational point of contact for the Content Team, resolving issues with urgency and driving gap-to-green plans.
9

Leads cross-functional projects to streamline content operations workflows and implement productivity-enhancing automation.
10. Leads change management initiatives, developing frameworks that enable the organization to adapt to evolving priorities and shifting market dynamics.
