Job description

Amazon Autos is building a new automotive shopping destination on Amazon, and we need a marketing operations leader to make our campaigns run like a well-oiled machine. We are seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to own marketing operations for Amazon Autos - the connective tissue between strategy and execution that ensures every campaign is planned, produced, and delivered with consistency, quality, and speed.
This role is equal parts operator and gatekeeper. You will build and enforce the rules, processes, and standards that govern how campaigns move from idea to market - including planning frameworks, creative production workflows, channel execution playbooks, and cross-functional governance. When a campaign launches from Amazon Autos, your fingerprints will be on it.
The right candidate thrives at the intersection of strategic rigor and operational excellence. You are energized by building scalable systems, driving accountability across teams, and raising the bar on how marketing gets done. You'll partner across product marketing, creative, analytics, and growth to deliver omnichannel campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and conversion for Amazon Autos across Streaming TV, display, audio, onsite placements, and emerging channels.
Key job responsibilities
Process & Governance
-Design, implement, and enforce the end-to-end marketing operations framework - the rules of engagement for how campaigns are requested, scoped, planned, produced, and launched.
-Establish intake processes, prioritization criteria, and approval gates that ensure the right campaigns get the right resources at the right time.
-Define and maintain campaign planning playbooks, templates, SLAs, and best practices that create consistency and predictability.
-Build and enforce creative production standards - brief templates, review/approval workflows, asset specifications, and quality checkpoints.
-Own the marketing calendar and capacity planning; manage trade-offs and sequencing when demand exceeds capacity.
Campaign Planning & Execution
-Own end-to-end omnichannel campaign planning that drives customer awareness, traffic, and conversion to Amazon Autos across Streaming TV, display, audio, onsite, and social channels.
-Translate business goals into campaign architectures with clear KPIs, audience strategies, and channel mix recommendations.
-Manage campaign timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.
-Collaborate with data science and analytics to build measurement frameworks and post-campaign reporting.
Creative Operations
-Quarterback creative development for all planned campaigns - from brief through final asset delivery across all channels and formats utilizing AI tools to ensure repeatable work is streamlined.
-Drive post-campaign creative performance analysis; surface insights on what's working to inform future creative direction.
-Identify, evaluate, and deploy AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate creative production
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
