Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to support the continued growth of our Amazon Relay Transportation network. This person will share in the responsibility of driving growth with existing carriers and acquiring new carriers for Amazon's Transportation network.

This person would work across the Marketing and Support teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns. This role will focus on optimizing paid digital programs to drive awareness, acquisition and engagement across the US and CA. They will work across teams and technologies to help strategize and execute campaigns that address the needs of our customers.

They will be responsible for researching and testing new and emerging platforms and optimizing use of existing channels. This is a high-impact, data-driven marketing organization operating at the intersection of growth marketing, marketing technology, and supply-chain logistics.
Key job responsibilities
Own and execute paid and non paid digital programs across search, email, display, social, OOH channels and more to acquire and retain Relay carriers at scale
Partner with relevant teams and stakeholders to strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns and monitor performance / optimize investments to generate growth
Drive needle moving initiatives to drive Relay carrier acquisition and carrier engagement at scale, including promotions/ incentives.
Short term (1year) and long term (3 year) planning to deliver carrier acquisition and engagement targets.
Develop brand positioning and creative assets that resonates with customers and generates growth and brand loyalty
Define and create assets for all digital campaigns, execute A/B testing, programming, scheduling, reporting, and proactively suggest data-driven optimizations
Develop, deploy, analyze, and disseminate comprehensive reporting
Serve as a subject matter expert for paid digital marketing trends
Maintain and strategize budget and forecasts across paid channels
Support the creation and promotion of content that addresses the needs of our customers, enhances their experience, and generates growth for our brand
About the team
The Relay Acquisition Marketing (RAM) team is responsible for driving carrier acquisition, engagement, and retention for 'Amazon Relay' - one of the largest freight marketplaces in North America and key component of Amazon's middle mile transportation network with ~50,000 active carrier base

RAM operates across the full carrier lifecycle: attracting new carriers through paid media, email prospecting, influencer campaigns, and strategic promotions; deepening engagement through personalized lifecycle communications and real-time liquidity campaigns; and retaining carriers via automated re-engagement programs and loyalty incentives. The team manages a $29M+ annual budget spanning search engine marketing, digital brand awareness channels (YouTube,Meta, LinkedIn etc) , MarTech platforms (Marketo, Adobe analytics etc.) and creative development. RAM partners closely with other teams in Carrier Services, Relay Product and Tech, Relay Central and external agencies to optimize channel performance and campaigns, build attribution frameworks and scale automation to deliver goals like carrier onboarding and carrier engagement metrics.
