We’re partnered with a top-tier commercial contractor in Chicago that’s delivering some of the Midwest’s most ambitious and high-profile builds—from complex vertical developments to mega mixed-use projects exceeding $1 billion in value.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be trusted to lead large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing both client relationships and internal teams with precision and confidence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by building teams, mentoring others, and delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the full project lifecycle on major commercial builds (typically $100M+)
  • Managing all aspects of project execution: budget, schedule, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and team leadership
  • Collaborating closely with preconstruction, field teams, and executive leadership
  • Ensuring all safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met or exceeded

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial construction with at least 3 years in a Project Manager or Senior PM role
