How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Provide direct nursing care, execute medical orders, and implement patient care plans in accordance with organization protocols.

  • Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patient conditions to ensure well-coordinated care across all disciplines under RN oversight.

  • Assess and collaborate with the healthcare team to manage and coordinate patient discharge planning needs.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
