Digital Marketing Manager – Lead AI-Driven Lead Generation and Market ExpansionJob Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $60,000 – $85,000 per year + Performance Bonuses.

  • Location: This is an onsite position in Greendale, WI. NO REMOTE

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity

You will serve as the architect of a high-performance marketing engine, directly driving revenue growth for a premier restoration company. This role empowers you to blend cutting-edge AI automation with proven lead-generation strategies to dominate the Southeastern Wisconsin market.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Launch and manage multi-channel Google Ads and Local Service Ads to aggressively capture high-intent restoration leads.

  • Execute localized SEO strategies to ensure the company remains the top-ranked choice for emergency services in the region.

  • Develop and test high-converting landing pages that transform digital traffic into measurable business opportunities.

  • Build automated workflows using AI tools and ChatGPT to streamline lead follow-up and enhance customer engagement.

  • Capture on-site project content to create authentic social media assets that strengthen brand trust and online reputation.

  • Monitor critical KPIs and lead volume to provide leadership with transparent, data-driven reporting dashboards.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or paid advertising.

  • Proven proficiency in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.

  • Demonstrated understanding of SEO, lead generation, and business social media management.

  • Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools and marketing automation platforms to improve efficiency.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data into actionable growth strategies.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Prior experience in home services, restoration, construction, or contractor marketing environments.

  • Technical proficiency in building sales funnels or landing pages.
