Job Summary (List Format):
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP ABAP development and programming (ECC 6.0).
- Experience working with multiple SAP ERP modules.
- Proficiency in Web Dynpro ABAP, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, Workflows, Adobe Forms, Smartforms, Sapscript, and ABAP on HANA.
- Ability to optimize and tune application components for performance and efficiency.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong documentation skills for solutions developed.
- Willingness to provide training and support to less experienced team members.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in interactions with business stakeholders.
- Responsible for addressing backlog of SAP Benefits and Payroll work, including:
- Creation and updating of benefits and payroll reports for medical providers.
- Automation of benefit plan selections based on employee organization changes.
- Development and maintenance of various payroll-related reports, including those with FI postings.
- Identifying retroactive payroll deduction amounts and pay periods for payroll reports.
- Broad technical experience with SAP HR-Benefits and Payroll data is essential.
