Part Time No Experience Rpa Developer information

Are RPA developers in demand?

RPA developers are in high demand as organizations increasingly adopt automation to improve efficiency. Skills in tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism, along with process analysis, enhance job prospects in this field.

How to get a RPA job?

To get a part-time RPA developer job with no experience, learn RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism through online courses or tutorials. Building a basic understanding of programming concepts and automation workflows can improve your chances, and obtaining certifications can demonstrate your skills to employers. Gaining practical experience through internships or personal projects also helps in securing such roles.

What jobs pay $4000 a week without a degree?

A part-time RPA (Robotic Process Automation) developer can potentially earn around $4,000 a week with experience and specialized skills in automation tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere. However, such high earnings typically require advanced expertise, certifications, and a strong portfolio, and are more common in full-time roles or consulting positions rather than part-time jobs without prior experience.

Is it possible to get a coding job with no experience?

Getting a part-time RPA developer position with no experience is possible if you have basic knowledge of automation tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere and demonstrate a willingness to learn. Entry-level roles often focus on training and may require certifications or self-study to build relevant skills. Practical experience, even through online courses or projects, can improve your chances of securing such a role.

Job description

We are a Van Nuys robotics company training Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models to run on real hardware. We are looking for a hands-on Robotic Trainer Technician to help us collect data, teleoperate our robots, and stand up the training and evaluation loop that turns demonstrations into working manipulation policies. This is a practical, in-the-lab role: you will spend real hours driving the robot and making the data pipeline reproducible, not just reading papers.

What you'll do:

- Teleoperate and remote-operate our robots to collect demonstration data, with consistent, focused execution over several hours per day

- Train and iterate on VLA policies for manipulation tasks

- Stand up reproducible training and evaluation infrastructure (data capture, logging, eval runs)

- Run repeated trials, label outcomes, and feed results back into the next training iteration

What we're looking for:

- Hands-on experience with ML engineering or research (training and evaluating models, not just using them)

- Comfort with real-hardware robotics and repetitive, precise teleoperation

- Available onsite in Van Nuys

- Reliable, self-directed, and able to keep execution consistent over long sessions

Nice to have:

- Direct experience with VLA models, imitation learning, behavior cloning, or diffusion policies

- Familiarity with ROS, MuJoCo / Isaac Sim, or similar

- A portfolio or examples of real-robot work

Logistics:

Compensation is $20/hr. Hours are variable to start and will ramp up over time as the program scales. This is an onsite role in Van Nuys.
