Job description

Woodland Moving & Storage is looking for an experienced Office Manager to be the backbone of our administrative operations — supporting Accounting, HR, Customer Service, Sales, and Operations all in one dynamic role.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a highly organized professional who thrives on managing competing priorities, keeping records airtight, and owning the details that keep an office running smoothly. We're looking for someone with 2+ years of office or administrative experience, a working knowledge of QuickBooks, and a proven track record of reliability.

Administrative & Office Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and workflow
  • Review completed move paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and payment
  • Scan and maintain documentation within the CRM
  • Process incoming mail and business correspondence
  • Keep customer, shipment, and company records organized and up to date

Accounting & Billing

  • Rate and bill shipments
  • Prepare invoices and process COD payments
  • Support accounts receivable and collection efforts
  • Prepare deposits and handle routine banking activities
  • Use QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting functions

Human Resources & Payroll

  • Support employment applications and applicant processing
  • Administer Culture Index surveys
  • Prepare and submit employee paysheets for payroll
  • Maintain employee documentation and support HR processes
  • Handle personnel information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality

Customer, Sales & Operations Support

  • Answer phones and greet applicants, customers, and visitors with a professional, welcoming presence
