In this role, you will support the daily operation of the office by managing reception activities, visitor coordination, mail and courier services, office supplies, and general administrative support. Your role: • Greet employees, clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, in person and by phone. • Receive, log, sort, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail, courier items, registered mail, faxes, and shipping labels. • Coordinate postage and courier cost allocation, maintain postage meter funds, and respond to mail and courier-related inquiries. • Monitor and order office and coffee supplies, validate invoices, and obtain required approvals. • Maintain visitor & employee key card access, inventory, and reception process records. • Report building issues, and provide administrative support for office committees, projects, filing, scanning, and engagement activities.
