Job Title: Account Manager - Nutritional Supplements, OTC's, Skin Care

With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth.

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Lead and Manage relationships with existing customers to identify both organic sales growth and new business development opportunities. Be the liaison for customers internally on New Product Development and Existing business.

Position Overview: As an Account Manager in this industry, you will be responsible for managing critical details related to customer management and retention with our key clients. You will serve as the primary point of internal contact on key follow-through and follow-up issues, understanding customer needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the nutritional supplement, OTC, and skin care market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing accounts. Strong demonstrated capabilities with Microsoft Office tools like Excel are required. Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Own/jointly own relationship with existing clients to identify sales growth and new business development opportunities through product portfolio analysis and innovation presentations

  • Work directly with R&D to facilitate New Product Development projects

  • Manage quotes from submission to completion

  • Attend appropriate industry trade shows

  • Schedule on-site client meetings and tours

  • Travel for in-person presentations for existing customers

  • Identify process efficiency opportunities

  • Manage the development of the commercial agreements with the customer

  • Manage the product portfolio of the customers within the Eagle Labs, Inc business

  • Work to ensure timely communication with the customers

  • Work closely with the supply chain, label and quality teams to develop good customer service through the business

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

  • Preferred College Degree or 3+ Years Contract Manufacturing Experience

  • 2-3 years customer service or sales experience

  • Preferable use of Customer Relationship Management experience, computer proficiency a MUST

  • Fluent in basic Microsoft Office function performance. Strong Excel skills.

Experience:

  • Experience in account management, preferably in the nutritional supplement or skin care industry.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing customer business details.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with EPR software and Microsoft Office suite.
