Dinsmore is seeking a Patent Agent in the Computer Science or Computer Engineering field to join our growing Intellectual Property practice group. This position may be remote in any state in which Dinsmore has an office.
Responsibilities
  • Wide range of work, including patent preparation and prosecution, portfolio management, strategic analysis, and opinion work
  • Significant client contact

Requirements
  • Experience in networking, virtual networking, and cloud computing
  • Experience in telecommunications and, particularly, 3GPP standards preferred
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Ph.D. and/or industry experience is preferred
  • Academic credentials and excellent research
  • USPTO registration
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
