Job description

Primary Purpose

To gain experience and knowledge in all aspects of vertical integration including but not limited to Breeders, Hatchery, Agribusiness, Feed Mill, Grow Out, Operations and all support departments in preparation for management opportunities; this occurs under the direction of experienced personnel, the completion of learning objective and by performing assigned department duties.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Complete assignments as defined in the Management Trainee Program, including Supervisory activities, demonstrate competence gained through learning objectives and evaluations and commitment to program.
  • Special Projects.
  • Complete weekly summary reports and departmental reviews/projects.

Qualifications

  • Associates and/or Bachelor's degree required/Internal candidates may qualify with proven 4 years' Leadership/Supervisory experience in lieu of education.
  • 0 - 2 years' experience.
