The Agency Manager Trainee position is a structured development role designed for motivated professionals who want to build a career in insurance sales and leadership. This role combines hands-on sales experience with management training, preparing you to eventually lead and grow an insurance agency or step into a senior leadership role.

You'll learn how to sell insurance, manage client relationships, grow a book of business, and develop the skills needed to recruit, train, and lead a team.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
