At Everclean Car Wash, we believe the best managers are people that have worked their way up so they can lead from experience. Our Management Trainee position is designed for motivated individuals who are willing to learn the business from the ground up and develop into future leaders.
As a Management Trainee, you'll begin by working as Tunnel Crew, learning every aspect of daily operations including customer service, sales, safety, equipment, and site maintenance. As you demonstrate leadership, reliability, and strong performance, you'll have opportunities to advance into supervisory and management roles.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers and create a positive experience
  • Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
