Job description

Job Summary: 

In the Management Trainee position, you will spend time working in a variety of departments to develop the necessary skills to be a future leader and/or Sales professional within the organization.  Typical job rotations will occur within each area of the business, Service, Sales, Warehouse, and Shared Services. 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • No direct supervision responsibilities during the program, could co-supervise staff with an existing supervisor and/or manager.

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Rotate through various positions at a field level and/or corporate share services.
  • Lead projects that result in innovative business solutions and improved customer experience.
  • Develop new skills through educational programs and on-the-job training.
  • Achieve and maintain First Aid/CPR/AED certification and in some markets, Fire Extinguisher Inspection License. 
  • Meet KPI’s for each job performed throughout the rotational program.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications: 

  • College degree in related field or ability to obtain a related degree within six months of joining the company.
  • Willingness to relocate during the program, and/or at the end of the program.
  • Leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
  • Strong ability to utilize technology to improve business results and increase the customer’s experience. 
  • Adequate skill with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Maintain a valid driver's license, auto insurance and ability pass a drug and background check.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. 
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel when needed.
