We are currently seeking a Management Consultant who is ready to join our OPNAV team. This position is located in Arlington, VA (Pentagon).

The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000 per year. Final compensation is dependent upon the candidate's skills, qualifications, contract-specific guidelines, and geographic location. TQI is committed to pay equity and compliance with the Virginia Pay Transparency Act; we do not request or consider prior salary history when making employment offers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic, objective, and actionable advisory services that assist the organization in improving productivity and overall performance.
  • Support organizational change management initiatives, implement new technologies, and contribute to the development of process improvement and training strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis of organizational procedures, identify areas for efficiency improvement, and recommend management strategies to enhance mission success.
  • Develop reports, strategic plans, and process documentation for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement management initiatives and monitor outcomes.

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of eight (8) combined years of professional work experience in a program management position or military service, and possession of an advanced degree in business or a related field.
  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree may substitute an additional four (4) years of professional experience in lieu of an advanced degree.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, strategic environment supporting high-level DoD initiatives.

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
