Job description

Wage: $21.68 per hour

Schedule - Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday - Friday

MTC is proud to operate the San Diego Job Corps Center in Imperial Beach, CA where our staff provide quality services to our local youth. We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people's lives and we want YOU to join our team!

What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for all administrative functions related to the processing of student schedules in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

  1. Perform duties including data entry, student scheduling, interpretation and analysis of test data.

  2. Monitor student progress to ensure timely completion of DOL-required courses.

  3. Provide form control functions including revision/developing forms, monitoring supplies and reordering forms as needed.

  4. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.

  5. Prepare weekly class loading and staff utilization reports.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • One (1) year's related experience.
