Job description

Performs computed tomography exams and procedures with maximal image quality, patient safety and comfort while maintaining the lowest possible radiation exposure.  Exams and procedures include all parts of the vasculature structures and organ systems.

Required Experience

Required:

  • State of California CRT
  • ARRT certification in CT
  • Venipuncture certification and/or documentation of training
  • CPR/BLS
  • Clinical training – Three (3) years’ experience in diagnostic radiography in an acute care facility
  • One (1) year in a CT setting of an acute care facility

Preferred:

  • Three (3) years’ experience scanning in CT in an acute care facility
  • Fluoroscopy certification
