Company: The Absolute Best Roofing Company-The Best Roofing company of it's kind in the VA/MD, DC, PA , NJ Markets. Installing a wide variety of products including asphalt shingles, slate, cedar, clay, and composite.

Position: Home Improvement Sales Trainee

We are looking for hungry, motivated sales reps who want to earn six figures in a fast-growing industry.

No roofing sales experience required! We train!

Responsibilities

  • Canvass neighborhoods for storm damaged roofing.
  • Perform simple roof inspections
  • Educate homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
  • Close sales and fill out easy paperwork

Qualifications

  • Sales background (roofing sales is a plus!)
  • Comfortable working outdoors and talking to homeowners
  • Able to climb a ladder and conduct roof inspections
  • Must have reliable transportation (car/truck)

Position Offer

  • $150,000 - $350,000 per year earning potential (top reps earn $450K+)
