Job Description
Responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive training development program and training products for Kaleida Health, including, but not limited to, the following topics: communication, team building, customer service, building trust, human performance improvement, emotional intelligence, and facilitation. This position is responsible for facilitating instructor-led training sessions, providing training and staff development recommendations based on consultation with key stakeholders, developing supporting course content for learning initiatives, and leveraging eLearning in the Talent Management System in support of Kaleida Heath's learning and engagement initiatives. This position also supports the development of a high performing management team, conducts skill and competency assessments, and develops learning materials in line with an organizational development and human resources plan, which will facilitate culture change and system integration in line with Kaleida Health's mission, vision, and values.

Education And Credentials
BA - Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree or an equivalent combination of 4-6 years of relevant experience required. MA - Masters preferred.
Experience
3 years of experience in design, development, and delivery of training programs and curricula with emphasis in instructor-led and eLearning delivery method required. 3 years of experience in desktop publishing and course authoring tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Articulate Storyline required. 1 year of experience in project management required. 1 year of experience in instructional design principles, instructional technologies, and adult learning principles required.
