Work you'll do

As a Tax Intern on the Deloitte Tax team, you'll work with diverse and talented teams to help clients analyze the tax effect of complex decisions, reduce overall tax rates, and pursue performance objectives.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration or Master of Science in Accounting or Taxation, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Definitive plans to meet the minimum educational requirements for Certified Public Accountant eligibility in the state of the assigned office location
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities in a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
  • Availability to begin employment in Winter 2027
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.

Preferred:

  • Technology-related coursework
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Experience through internships, summer positions, or school jobs
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25 to $48.
