Job description

Clear Ridge Defense is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to support the MCIC in the Ft. Meade area

Roles and Responsibilities 

You will...

  • Act as a technical expert to integrate technical and informational capabilities, creating solutions
    that support combatant commands and Marine Corps Forces (MARFORs)
  • Provide quality assurance reviews to identify valuable tools and data from external agencies
    involved in information operations
  • Analyze, advise, and author executive-level products on current and future doctrinal, policy, and regulatory frameworks impacting Marine Corps Information Command (MCIC), Information Operations, and IEBA
  • Review and provide input on current and future doctrinal, policy, and regulatory documents
    related to MCIC, information operations, and IEBA
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge to produce point papers that establish command positions and
    guidance on emerging topics related to IEBA or the MCIC
  • Develop, maintain, and modernize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the MCIC

Must Haves

You possess...

  • 15+ years of experience with Marine Corps operations, with an understanding of how 
    integrating information functions into staff planning processes
  • 10+ years of experience within the IC, with an understanding of what offices and capabilities exist
    to meet requirements
  • Knowledge in joint wargaming and experimentation to refine the role of the Information
    Environment Battlespace Awareness (IEBA) and make it operational within the Marine Corps
    Intelligence Community (MCIC)
  • 5+ years integrating Information capabilities at the operational level
  • Masters Degree
  • TS/SCI with active polygraph

Nice to Haves

  • Staff experience at NSA or US CYBER COMMAND
  • Specialty in Information Systems Technology with a focus on tools that support human machine
    interface
