The candidate should have a strong proficiency with Excel, excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex financial analysis to evaluate current investment performance against underwritten projections and propose and implement adjustments to the investment strategy as required.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio-level and asset-level KPIs, including occupancy, rent growth, NOI performance, and capital expenditure progress, to identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Maintain and update portfolio level cash flow forecasts, including projected distributions, capital calls, debt service, and capital expenditure requirements, to support fund level liquidity planning.
  • Work collaboratively with property management teams and internal departments to ensure successful execution of business plans.
  • Support ongoing asset management and reporting requirements across the US multifamily portfolio, including annual budget approvals, and quarterly investor reporting.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial packages for lenders and consultants in connection with asset-level financing and disposition processes.

Qualifications and Key Attributes:

  • Ability to gather, synthesize and organize large datasets.
  • Highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner.
  • An effective communicator both verbally and written.
  • Reliable, focused, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to enact results and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Adept at managing and building relationships with partners, stakeholders and the team.
  • The demands of the role require successful candidates to have strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally to the US.
