Are you a highly organized professional who enjoys creating order, supporting leaders, and helping teams succeed? FrieslandCampina Ingredients is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to play a critical role in office operations, executive support, workplace safety, and employee engagement.
In this high-impact role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our Paramus office running smoothly while helping create a positive, productive, and safe workplace environment.
To Be Successful, You Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or similar role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety programs preferred.
