As a Dunkin Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Dunkin store by providing leadership, guidance, and support to the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Dunkin brand, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of effective team management.

As an assistant manager you qualify for monthly bonus based upon store performance.

Stores conveniently located around the Tampa Bay area

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
  • Take command when the manager is absent
  • Responsible for the well being of the store and safety of employees when manager is absent.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent service.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Train and coach staff on customer service best practices.

Operations Management:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Perform manager's duties such as cash handling and daily paperwork on their days off

Sales Growth:

  • Work with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and suggestive selling to maximize revenue.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure product quality and adherence to Dunkin standards.
  • Exercise FIFO on a daily basis
