Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with property leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and upselling available amenities to prospective tenants
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting residents and prospects, conducting property tours, and responding promptly to phone calls and emails.
  • Process rental applications, prepare lease documents, and assist with all aspects of the resident rental cycle.
  • Collect, post, and maintain accurate records of rent payments.
  • Assist Property Manager with coordinating maintenance requests and ensure timely communication between residents and maintenance staff.
  • Assist Property Manager with conducting monthly water meter readings and assist with property operations as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, Montana landlord-tenant laws, and perform other duties as assigned.
