Job description

MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Program Analyst to support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in the execution of its mission, including providing technical, programmatic management, environmental planning and logistics support services. This full-time on-site position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Functions:

  • Planning/organizing meetings, training sessions (for Contractor and/or members of its Subcontractor Team) and workshops (e.g., program/progress review meetings).
  • Preparing training/seminar content (for Contractor and/or members of its Subcontractor Team), presentations, activities, etc.
  • Preparing technical reports, including technical editing/writing, preparing briefings and other documents, materials for presentation, etc.
  • Conducting training effectiveness surveys to provide feedback (for Contractor and/or members of its Subcontractor Team).
  • Support deep dives on program related tasks, compose analysis, research support human research topics, conduct FOI studies.
  • Performing planning activities in support of actions proposed by NNSA program offices, including but not limited to actions necessary to maintain and/or modernize the nuclear stockpile; actions to secure or minimize nuclear and radiological materials; and facility upgrades, modernization, and/or construction in support of NNSA mission programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current, active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire SCI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in management or business-related field. Eight (8) years of relevant experience is equivalent to a four (4) year bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum four (4) years of government experience
  • Superior communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

LOCATION: This is a full-time on-site position in Albuquerque, NM 87123 USA
