Job description

Program Manager
Role Summary
The Program Manager supports the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General (DoD OIG) by providing overall contract leadership and serving as the primary interface with Government stakeholders. This role ensures contractual compliance, performance quality, cost control, and risk mitigation across all supported DoD OIG systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level oversight of all contractual, financial, schedule, and performance aspects of the MSP effort
  • Serve as the primary interface with the KO, COR, CIO, and Senior Staff
  • Lead development of Program Management Plans, transition plans, and ROM estimates
  • Deliver Monthly Status Reports and Senior Staff Briefings
  • Proactively identify and mitigate enterprise-level risks

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of DoD IT program management experience
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Strong understanding of DoD acquisition and governance processes
  • Active Secret clearance
