Familiarity with managed file transfer platforms (like IBM Sterling, GoAnywhere, or Globalscape), scripting languages, and relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+) is typically required. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication are important soft skills in this role. These skills are crucial for ensuring secure, reliable data exchanges and prompt resolution of issues within complex IT environments.
