this is a federal contract and due to the regulations, we need to work with US Citizens for this contract
Our Federal client in Washington, DC is looking for a Level II Business Systems Analyst for an on-going project they are running. This is for a Business Analyst with Functional Responsibilities including the application of technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions. Level II Business Systems Analysts are directed to exercise core skills on projects, or they may direct small teams. Relevant Experience: Experience supporting systems consolidation/migration, modernization, ERP implementation, IT system audit readiness, IT audit reviews, IT system control documentation, and/or FISCAM and Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and sustainment for State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000) employees. Demonstrated experience in SAP, Oracle Federal Financials, or other relevant financial systems environments.
Years of Experience: Three (3) years of progressive, relevant experience. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for the minimum education requirement.
Minimum Education: Four (4) year degree in appropriate technical field from an accredited institution).
this is a federal contract and due to the regulations, we need to work with US Citizens for this contract; SABRS with CIVPERS is another skill the client desires. SABRS (Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System) is a Navy/USMC accounting system and CIVPERS is in reference to civil servant/civilian personnel
