Metro One Security Hiring Event - Loss Prevention Officers Wanted for San Francisco, East Bay and Santa Clara CA locations. Full-time and Flex roles available. Thursday, June 18th at Regus Office - 71 Stevenson Street, Suite 400, SF CA 94105.
Meet with our hiring team to interview for multiple positions as a Loss Prevention Officer with Metro 1 Security! These positions will be at our client locations in downtown San Francisco, Stonestown Galleria, East Oakland, Downtown San Leandro and Valley Fair Mall Santa Clara.
*Pay rate for fully qualified candidates is $30 an hour
This hiring eventis for motivated, professional Loss Prevention Officers who are ready to start. Bring your resume, ID, Social Security Card and any valid security license and certificates.
If you are active in Military/Veteran or have at least 1-year of Loss Prevention experience, we want to meet you on Thursday June 18 from 10AM to 3PM for our one-time hiring event located at the Regus offices located in downtown San Francisco.

Loss Prevention OfficerResponsibilities:
  • Maintain a strong, visible security presence on-site
  • Monitor customer activity and deter theft through active patrols
  • Identify and respond to suspicious behavior
  • Support apprehensions and assist in investigations when necessary
  • Document incidents clearly and professionally
  • Collaborate with store management and law enforcement as needed
  • Respond to emergency situations calmly and quickly
  • Familiarity with retail surveillance and safety protocols
  • Must have the ability to be tech savvy
  • Ability to stay alert and professional in fast-paced environments
  • Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods
Loss Prevention OfficerRole Requirements:
  • Military service OR 1 year of retail loss prevention experience required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid CA Guard Card or willing to get one
  • No more than 3 employers in the last 6 years.
  • No employment gaps beyond 6 months.
  • Oral Drug Testing
  • Background check screening
