Loss Prevention OfficerResponsibilities:
- Maintain a strong, visible security presence on-site
- Monitor customer activity and deter theft through active patrols
- Identify and respond to suspicious behavior
- Support apprehensions and assist in investigations when necessary
- Document incidents clearly and professionally
- Collaborate with store management and law enforcement as needed
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and quickly
- Familiarity with retail surveillance and safety protocols
- Must have the ability to be tech savvy
- Ability to stay alert and professional in fast-paced environments
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods
Loss Prevention OfficerRole Requirements:
Military service OR 1 year of retail loss prevention experience required
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CA Guard Card or willing to get one
No more than 3 employers in the last 6 years.
No employment gaps beyond 6 months.
