Job Summary:
In cooperation with, or in the absence of, the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the assigned Auntie Anne's store, with particular emphasis on maintaining Auntie Anne's Three-Fold Philosophy and achieving the maximum profitability available from store operations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Making dough and pretzels from scratch.
  • Working and managing shifts.
  • Recruiting and training new hires.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality.
  • Working towards performance goals.
  • Maintaining safety and security at all times.
  • Maintaining stock/inventory.

Requirements:
  • Management experience in a retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings.
