Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES 

This role is primarily focused on the collection, processing, and shipping of U.A. specimens. As a 2WM representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to clients, customers and our laboratory partners.  Training will be provided.

· Punctuality and regular attendance are mandatory for this position.

· Completes random and scheduled observed urine collections of male clients.

· Collect Observed Urine specimens for drug screenings 

· Collect mouth swab/oral fluid (saliva) specimens

· Ensure seal and accurate labeling of specimens to maintain viability and quality analysis

· Maintain records of each observed specimen collected

· Package specimens for transport and ship to lab. 

· Perform with confidence all aspects of the testing, including specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures

· Maintain a safe and professional environment for clients and employees.

· Remain polite and courteous, communicating appropriately with clients.

· Demonstrates good organizational skills

· Maintain confidentiality

· Adhere to company attendance guidelines

· Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS 

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be comfortable observing and handling biological specimens.

Must be able to give and receive verbal and written instructions

Working at a fast pace with the ability to multi-task

Ability to concentrate on the task at hand

Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

Demonstrates good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage concerns of customers in a professional manner

Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment

Physical Requirements:

Light to moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 25 lbs)

Repetitive motions and/or prolonged computer use
