Job Summary
One You Love Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable male caregiver to provide one-on-one, non-medical home care services for a male client in the Lakeland area.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others maintain their independence while providing care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Pay
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule
  •  Part-time 
  •  Flexible scheduling 
  •  Day, evening, weekend, and overnight opportunities may become available 
Responsibilities
  •  Provide companionship and emotional support 
  •  Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting 
  •  Assist with mobility and transfers as needed 
  •  Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition 
  •  Perform light housekeeping and laundry 
  •  Provide medication reminders 
  •  Observe and report changes in the client's condition 
  •  Maintain accurate documentation and clock in/out using our electronic visit verification (EVV) system 
  •  Provide safe transportation for errands or appointments when applicable 
Qualifications
  •  Current HHA or CNA certification preferred 
  •  Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred 
  •  Compassionate, dependable, and professional 
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Reliable transportation 
  •  Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance (if transporting clients) 
  •  Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 Background Screening 
  •  Authorized to work in the United States
