Direct Hire Nurse Practitioner Role $115,000-$135,000 per year in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to help serve in their corrections facility near the Lancaster, PA area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE, full-time opportunity.


Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner:
Collaborate with the medical director, conducting health screenings for corrections inmates, both male and female
Work in a very dynamic environment, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, with some psych work when needed


Qualifications of the Nurse Practitioner:
Experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a corrections setting
FNP or Adult Medicine background is helpful
Strong understanding of general screening practices, medical intake processes, and advanced sickness
Experience with Centricity or other EMR system
Current, Unrestricted Pennsylvania NP Licensure
Master of Science from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program


Compensation and Benefits for Nurse Practitioner:
$115,000-$135,000, flexible based on experience
40 Hours per week, flexible schedule
