Clinic, Call, or Both:

  • No call
  • 70% outpt; 30% inpt

Schedule:

  • Need candidate to start ASAP; likely to extend
  • Monday - Thursday; 6:30 am - 5:00 pm (most preferred) OR
  • Monday - Friday; 6:30 am - 3pm
  • 4 10 hour shifts will be given priority
  • Full time availability needed, will consider two providers to make up one FTE

  • Endoscopy
  • General
  • OB/GYN
  • Ortho
  • Pain Management

  • Blocks preferred; not needed

EMR and Dictation Tools:

  • EPIC/Dragon

Required experience, training, and certifications:

  • Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters
  • AHA BLS
  • AH ACLS
  • AHA PALS
  • NBCRNA

Case Logs:

  • 75 within the last 12 months

Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:

  • MI License only due to timeframe

Credentialing Timeframe:
