We're hiring 1 Counter Service / Expo team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a great guest experience.
Full-time. Guaranteed pay. Long-term opportunity.
PAY
Guaranteed total earnings: $20-$22/hour depending on experience.
• Base pay: $16.90/hour
• Tips are pooled and distributed weekly
• If tips don't bring you to your guaranteed rate, we make up the difference
• Starting pay is based on experience, skill level, and ability to contribute from day one

SCHEDULE
• Thursday-Sunday

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create a welcoming and professional experience for every guest
• Greet guests and help first-time customers navigate the menu
• Manage pickup flow, online orders, and customer handoff with speed and accuracy
• Verify every order before it leaves the restaurant, including modifiers, sauces, packaging, and labels
• Coordinate communication between the front counter and kitchen
• Manage delivery driver flow and order staging
• Monitor wait times and communicate delays proactively
• Keep the front counter, dining area, and pickup area clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with catering order staging and large family orders
• Support the team with phones, food running, and other operational needs
QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy service periods
• Detail-oriented and able to catch mistakes before they reach guests
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
