Job description

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Manager within our North American Fleet division. This position falls under our Fuel line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will work directly with clients to provide daytoday account support, problem resolution, research, and analysis. You will develop and execute a client service delivery strategy centered on client needs, contract specifications, and cost components. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, National Accounts, and regularly collaborate with multiple internal teams and departments.

As an Account Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in the Brentwood, TN office
  • Company-issued equipment
  • Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Working with an assigned mentor as accounts are assigned and beginning to support the assigned client base
  • Working directly with clients to provide daytoday account support, including resolving problems, researching issues, and analyzing account activity
  • Responding to inbound emails, faxes, and phone calls
  • Developing and executing a client service delivery strategy based on client needs, contract requirements, and cost considerations
  • Conducting regularly scheduled calls with clients, including training and education sessions
  • Monitoring service levels through customer feedback and proactively addressing gaps
  • Interacting with and developing relationships across internal departments to effectively support the customer base

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1+ years equivalent relevant work experience required
  • Selfdriven to develop professionally, improve performance, and fully leverage available tools and systems
  • One to two years of experience in a customer service or clientfacing role 
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (1 PM – 10 PM or aligned business needs)
