Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team!
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
  • Prepare apartments for new residents (painting, cleaning, basic repairs).
  • Maintain grounds and common areas.

Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance.
  • Previous experience preferred but not required.
