Wage Band: $36.00-$45.00 per hour DOE

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician III, you will:

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment, including motors, AC drives, PLCs, servos, sensors, switches, and pneumatic systems
  • Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop long-term corrective actions to prevent recurring failures
  • Document maintenance activities and work orders using FiiX CMMS software
  • Partner with production teams to improve equipment performance, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Perform fabrication, welding, and modification work as needed
  • Support facility maintenance, utilities, and grounds upkeep
  • Maintain a safe work environment and consistently follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

We're seeking a maintenance professional with strong technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of maintenance experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Experience using diagnostic equipment such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and related testing tools
  • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices
  • Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as FiiX or other MRO platforms
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certification, trade school training, or equivalent education
  • Experience with PLCs, servo systems, automation controls, welding, fabrication, and machining
  • Background in continuous improvement and root cause analysis methodologies
