Job Description:
The Janitorial Service Technician, under general supervision, performs a variety of cleaning operations both inside and outside the facility. Responsibilities include stocking restrooms, disposing of waste, and maintaining flooring.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for the quality of own work
Proper care and use of tools
Sweep and mop office and production area floors
Clean, disinfect, and stock restrooms

Qualifications:
Able to perform tasks from work orders and verbal instructions
Proficient with floorcare machines, including manual and walkbehind equipment
Familiar with various cleaning and polishing chemicals
Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills
Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations
Ability to obtain a US Security clearance

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience. 

Preferred Additional Skills:
Ability to inventory janitorial supplies
Ability to order supplies and maintain inventory
