Whether it’s fixing an air conditioner, painting a unit for a new move-in, or keeping the pool sparkling, your work makes a real difference—and we value every bit of it.

What You’ll Do
  • Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition
  • Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile
  • Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair
  • Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting
  • Support preventative maintenance and inspections
  • Pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks
  • Stay alert and on-call for emergency maintenance needs

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
  • Proficiency in at least one major trade area
  • EPA certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
  • Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
  • Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
