We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician who thrives on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with a variety of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.

What You'll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability and supporting production operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment issues.
• Install, service, maintain, and rebuild plant equipment and systems.
• Inspect and maintain buildings, grounds, and underground utilities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in accordance with life-critical procedures.
• Test and verify equipment performance before returning assets to production.
• Identify and communicate equipment concerns, abnormal conditions, and calibration issues.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation and follow maintenance planning processes.
• Support network (LAN) troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives, including ISO and other management system requirements.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills.
• Experience working with PLCs and VFDs; preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to wear a respirator and work in confined spaces when required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a chemical manufacturing or process manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience
