Are you a Maintenance Manager from a heavy industrial or manufacturing background looking to take ownership of a key site maintenance function while joining a stable and growing Texas manufacturer?


This is a great opportunity to lead a skilled maintenance team, improve equipment reliability and play a major role in continuing to develop the site’s preventative and predictive maintenance programs.


You will oversee the maintenance and reliability of manufacturing equipment and facilities, while driving preventative maintenance, root cause analysis, continuous improvement and equipment uptime.


This role would suit an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong industrial maintenance background who has led skilled maintenance teams and wants a stable, long-term position where they can make a genuine impact on site performance.


The Role:

  • Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team of up to 6
  • Improve equipment uptime through preventative, predictive and reliability-focused maintenance
  • Oversee manufacturing equipment, electrical/mechanical systems and facilities maintenance
  • Drive TPM, root cause analysis and continuous improvement
  • Monday-Friday, site-based role


The Person:

  • Maintenance leadership experience within heavy industrial or manufacturing
  • Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge
  • Experience maintaining complex manufacturing machinery; CNC experience advantageous
  • Strong preventative/predictive maintenance and equipment reliability experience
  • Looking for a stable, long-term leadership role
