Throughout the Gardner family's ownership of Superior Trim, we have made - and continue to make - significant investments to ensure that Superior Trim has all of the appropriate technologies in-house and available to produce cost-competitive, high-quality interior and exterior trim products for medium/heavy duty trucks and other commerical vehicles that our customers expect
Superior Trim Tennessee is looking for a team-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance department. Sewing Machine repair experience is a plus, but not required.
Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
  • Performing routine preventive / predictive maintenance of machinery, other production equipment, and facility.
  • Repairing equipment and tooling as necessary parts or equipment in coordination with established standards.
  • Stocking and replenishing necessary parts or equipment in coordination with the purchasing department and Maintenance Manager, to perform necessary maintenance and repair.
  • Maintain and improve cleanliness and organization of plant and facility.

A successful applicant will have:
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a production environment desired
  • Experience working with electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, injection mold machinery, and timing sensitive mechanisms preferred, but not required
  • Relevant certifications, training, of course work preferred, but not required.
