Are you a Maintenance Manager who knows how to lead people AND keep complex equipment running?
Do you have hands-on experience with conveyor systems, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and high-volume operations?
If you're ready to take ownership of a maintenance operation and make a visible impact, C&W Services wants to talk to you.
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our team in Johnston, RI. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll be responsible for the people, performance, safety, and reliability of the maintenance operation.
You'll have a direct impact on the success of the site by:
  • Leading the Maintenance Team - Provide direction, coaching, and accountability to a team of maintenance professionals.
  • Driving Equipment Reliability - Oversee Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs to maximize uptime and equipment performance.
  • Own the Operation - Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, planning, scheduling, priorities, and overall execution.
  • Lead with Safety - Build and maintain a strong safety-first culture where employees go home safely every day.
  • Partner with the Customer - Develop strong relationships with site leadership and understand their operational needs.
  • Develop Your People - Coach, mentor, and grow your team while building a strong pipeline of future maintenance leaders.
  • Manage the Business - Own budgets, cost control, P&L responsibilities, staffing, and operational performance.
  • Measure What Matters - Establish and monitor KPIs to identify opportunities, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Compliance - Maintain compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

We're looking for a leader who understands that great maintenance starts with great people, strong processes, and reliable equipment.
You'll ideally bring:
  • 5+ years of maintenance management experience
  • Proven experience leading and developing maintenance teams
  • Strong experience with Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
  • Experience managing conveyor systems is highly preferred
  • Experience with robotics/automated material handling equipment is a plus
  • Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, estimating, and budgeting
  • Strong understanding of maintenance KPIs, reliability, and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

The compensation for the position is: $ 107,100.00 - $126,000.00
