- 3-5 years leadership experience
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Engineering degree preferred or combination of technical school and experience in similar role.
- Basic understanding of safety principles and risk recognition.
- Familiarity with quality standards and housekeeping/organizational skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of CMMS, MVP, and blueprint reading.
- Understanding of PLCs and proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to obtain project estimates and experience in project management.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capable of leading and guiding others in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Accepts constructive feedback with a positive attitude.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
